Raoul is the driving force behind the growth that is being seen by Land First Investments. Having spent his formative years at J.P Morgan, he joined the family business and was integral in securing consent for 150 dwellings at the site at Sandbach Road, Congleton.

David Durling has started working with Land First Investments, following his retirement as Regional Managing Director of Bovis Homes Ltd in 2005. Boasting 40 years’ experience in the housebuilding industry, David has been responsible for buying over £250,000,000 of land in his career. At Land First, he spearheads the acquisition of new sites in the North, most recently at Tarn Lane, Shadwell.

Richard Hall is responsible for the acquisition, maintenance & subsequent promotion of Land First Investment’s sites in the South. With over 20 years of experience at a variety of listed housebuilders (Taylor Wimpey, Redrow & Bovis Homes), he has had an immediate impact at Land First Investments. He has been directly responsible for the acquisition of our sites at Bexhill & The Pry, Purton.

With over 10 years of experience in Customer & Investor Relations, Sara has approached her role passion and vigour. She currently managers Land First’s investor database, as well as playing an active role in the management of our sites, and the post-sales process. Her multifaceted approach to solving problems has allowed her to integrate seamlessly into Land First Investments.

A marketing veteran with over 15 years of experience in the industry, Claudia is responsible for Land First’s branding, content, and Public Relations. Her enthusiasm, drive, and passion to create and innovate is evident for all to see, and she continues to play an integral role in the growth of the company.

An ex-partner of Barton Willmore for over 30 years, Lee is renowned for his attention to detail and his extensive knowledge of the UK planning system. He provides an in-depth assessment of Land First Investments sites, as well as assists in the formulation of a detailed, holistic and rounded planning application.

Dan Mitchell is an experienced partner at the Manchester office of Barton Willmore (Recently acquired by Stantec). He has a demonstrated history of working in the housing planning industry, with a specific interest in the transition to sustainable house building. Matt is a Regional Director of Vectos, heading up their team in Yorkshire & the Northeast. Boasting over 20 years of professional experience in the UK transport planning and engineering field, Matt’s rounded approach to solving complex structural and engineering problems is exceptional. Jos Pink Is the managing director of Thovex Ltd, and the founder of Landstack. Landstack is a platform that is used by Land First Investments to help source, monitor and acquire off-market sites. The software is industry-leading and provides instant information surrounding planning data, local plans and land availability alongside detailed comparable (house price data), development constraints, land registry and OS data.

Andrew is a director in the development team, and has been with Savills for over 15 years. Amongst other matters, he has acted for Land First for a complex residual land appraisal for our site at the Pry. He is also an expert on city centre developments. Savills are the nations leading property experts and agents, boasting over 160 Years’ expertise.

Nick Sweet is the managing director of Situ Plan, with over 15 years of experience in the design industry. He has overseen projects in Europe, Asia & the Middle East and has initiated new modes of practice and new idea surrounding placemaking. Situ & himself work closely with Land First Investments with the masterplan designs for many of our sites.

Andy is a partner within Fishman Brand Stone’s renowned Real Estate Department and has vast experience in all aspects of land conveyancing. He has acted on our behalf for many sites, and his calm and mannered approach has been highly effective in dealing with complex multi- party transactions.
